No emails being received after Incident EX2295

I have a 365 account setup, domain verified and it has been functioning correctly for months. After incident EX2295 reported fixed on the 22nd July, neither myself or other users on 365 are able to receive emails or send emails via Outlook 2010 or Outlook Web Access.


Any help?

    - What incident EX2295 is about? Where do you get it?
    - Any error message occurred?
