You could try starting Outlook in safe mode by running:
Or maybe try deleting your profile and recreating it. Even better add an additional profile from control panel and set outlook to prompt for a profile on open, then you can select your new profile and try that instead.
It appears this is a driver incomatibility problem. If opening in safe mode (as @Paulie M suggests) works You can change your system settings or you can update your driver. More information on this thread:
