No Answers on Office 365 and Office Professional Plus

  • Over 24 hours ago, I posted a question on why Office 365 was disabled even though we have a license for  Office Professional Plus.  No one from Microsoft responded.  How does one get in touch with Microsoft to understand the license issues.  Does one have to pay for both Office Professional Plus AND Office 365?
