  • Hi Jack,

I understand you have issue logging into Office 365.

Before going further, I would like to collect some detailed information.

1.You can log into Office 365 in on specific computer.  This issue happened when you tried to log into Office 365 in any other computer. And the error message is ‘The user ID or password is incorrect. Please try again.’ Did I misunderstand anything?

2.Is the specific computer your working computer in company?

3.Whichs ervice or page did you try to log into, Microsoft Online Portal (MOP) or Office 365 mailbox?

4.Did your company deploy single sign-on?

You can follow the steps below to trouble shoot this issue.

1.Please log into MOP in the specific computer. Click My profile on the top right.

2.Change your password and try to log into other computers.
