Have you encountered the problem when install desktop app? If so, you can see community.office365.com/.../manually-install-office-365-desktop-updates.aspx for manually setup desktop app
If you have the problem have email transfer from OLSB, you need to setup the Exchange online on your Outlook client first and after to connect OLSB mailbox. http://community.office365.com/en-us/w/administration/office-live-small-business-transition.aspx
