Hi, I am able to log in to then click on the Outlook link at the top to access email but if I try to log in directly to with the same credentials I get the error: That Windows Live ID doesn't exist. Enter a different ID or get a new one.


Is this not the correct url to access email online directly without having to go through the portal?

    The OWA URL for Office 365 is or I would suggest you to try once again with internet explorer and also clear your browser cache and delete history.

  • Hi, thanks. I have done the above and am still not able to log in using the OWA URL's even though I can still view OWA via the portal.

    Does anyone have any more ideas?

    Would you please try the URL, without https? As I know, we can’t use "https" in the URL with For more information about additional URLs for OWA, please refer to Configure Sign-In URLs for Outlook Web App.
