Lync Crashes when sharing desktop

When ever another Lync user shares there desktop Lync crashes. I have tried updated and reinstall and it didnt work.

    Thanks for posting here. I would like to suggest you perform the following steps to narrow down the issue:
    1.Reinstall Desktop app from Office 365 Online Portal Download. For your reference:
    http://onlinehelp.microsoft.com/en-us/office365-smallbusinesses/ff637537.aspx If the issue persists, go to step 2.
    2.logging clean boot to perform a Lync sharing desktop. For your reference: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
     
    If it still doesn't work, please provide the following details for further troubleshooting:
    1.What’s the exact symptom of the “computer crash”? Does the computer freeze or are there some error messages?
    2.Did you try to perform a sharing desktop on another computer?
