  • Hi Srikki,

Thanks for your update. Regarding to your issue. As Virtualquebec mentioned, administrator should set up related DNS records so that user can login Lync Mobile access. Otherwise user in the organization can not use this function. Whether or not the others users in your organization can login Lync with their Mobile device?

    Thanks,
    Allen Qiu

  • Hi Srikki,

Thanks for posting back. I'd like to confirm the information, which domain you are using for Lync service? domain.onmicrosoft.com or you custom domain?

In addition, did you try to connect under Wi-Fi network environment? It's highly recommended to set up through a Wi-Fi connection.

    Thanks,

  • Hi Allen,

I am using my office domain hp.com. with internal and external discover addresses.

I am trying on WiFi network only.

    Thanks,

  • Hi Srikki,

Thanks for your update, I'd like to confirm you are using on-premises Lync Server or Office 365 Lync Online?

For Lync Online, the method in the help article in my first reply should be able to help you.

If you are using on-premises Lync Server, I would suggest you post a thread at Lync Server Forum for further assistance. Please refer to the link:
