Outlook 2003

Everything worked fine yesterday. Today Outlook on my laptop will not receive messages. I have spent the whole morning browsing articles, trying to download solutions, checking configurations. Pulling my hair out! Help!!

    How did you configured your account: POP3, IMAP... ?

  • Thanks. No error messages. It goes into it's normal procedure but just stays on downloading messages and says it is processing but no messages appear. It stays on this constantly. I have not changed any settings. They are set up as POP3.btconnect.com and smtp.btconnect.com
