How did you configured your account: POP3, IMAP... ?
Thanks. No error messages. It goes into it's normal procedure but just stays on downloading messages and says it is processing but no messages appear. It stays on this constantly. I have not changed any settings. They are set up as POP3.btconnect.com and smtp.btconnect.com
Can you log into Outlook Web App to check new mails?
