Activsync is not working on

WP 7.5 stopped syncing at 12 today.  Tried same account on two phones.  Get message is currently unavailalbe.  Try again later.

    The issue may be caused by the following points.
    1 The device is temporarily overloaded.
    2 Synchronization failed due to an error on the server.
    Based on the current situation, the service may have been stopped temporarily. I suggest you can try to sync later. If the issue exists after long time,
    we can re-set up the mailbox on your phone to see if it works. Please refer to the following steps.
    1 Delete this phone from OWA->Option->See All Option->Phone->select phone and delete it.
    2 delete this account from the phone.
    3 Set up the Exchange E-Mail again using Exchange ActiveSync. You can refer to
