Activsync is not working on pod51011.outlook.com

WP 7.5 stopped syncing at 12 today.  Tried same account on two phones.  Get message pod51011.outlook.com is currently unavailalbe.  Try again later.

    I understand you encountered trouble when syncing mail to Windows Phone with the error message.

    The issue may be caused by the following points.
    1 The device is temporarily overloaded.
    2 Synchronization failed due to an error on the server.
    Based on the current situation, the service may have been stopped temporarily. I suggest you can try to sync later. If the issue exists after long time,
    we can re-set up the mailbox on your phone to see if it works. Please refer to the following steps.
    1 Delete this phone from OWA->Option->See All Option->Phone->select phone and delete it.
    2 delete this account from the phone.
    3 Set up the Exchange E-Mail again using Exchange ActiveSync. You can refer to
