i need to know if i can add somewere a small picture for a small period of time to all outgoing emails of my domain.
Thx in advance.
Thanks for the feedback.
Before moving on, I would like to confirm if you are using Office 365 Enterprise version or Office 365 Small Business version.
If you are using Office 365 Enterprise version, you could add Disclaimers to messages. A disclaimer is text that's automatically added to e-mail messages. Disclaimers are typically used to provide legal information, warnings about unknown or unverified senders, or for other reasons as determined by an organization.
To automatically apply disclaimers to e-mail messages, you could use transport rules to create disclaimers in the Exchange Control Panel.
You can also add images to HTML disclaimers by using the IMG tag,for example:
For how to add Disclaimers to Messages, please refer to the link below:
If you are using Office 365 Small Business version, you would be able to use signature instead of disclaimer. To add an image into the signature in Outlook Web App (OWA), please may refer to the steps below:
1. Prepare the logo in public access URL as http://www.yourdomain.com/logo.gif
2. Compose a new message through Outlook 2007/2010. Make sure the Format Text is HTML. Click insert picture, paste the URL of the logo in the file name tab and click insert, if the logo is inserted successfully, they can see the logo in the email body, and then send the email to anyone who need to use the logo as signature in your domain.
3. When users receive the email, double click to open it. right click the logo and click copy. In OWA, go to Options-See All Options-Setting, click the signature edit window and use Ctrl+V to paste the logo. They should be able to see the logo in the signature window if it is pasted successfully. Click save, if same error message about the signature size pops up, resize the logo file. Meanwhile, make sure the Automatically include my signature on message I send is selected and HTML is also selected in Compose message in this format.
4. Click My Mail to go back to Outlook Web App, click new to create a new message. They should be able to see the logo in the message body. (It will cause a little latency to show the logo depending on the internet connection speed.)
You may remove the disclaimer or signature after this small period of time.
Hello and thank you for your answer.
I am using the Exchange Online (Plan 1) for my organization and currently i am having a total of 60 emails addresses.
I have already added the disclaimer to all outgoing email messages outside my organization, but except the fact that i am not happy with the format of the text and i would like it rich text formatting (i post another question at the forum for that) i have asked if is possible to add in a way to all my outgoing emails from all the users a pixcture. I would like to do that not by OWA but from the office desktop versions which i am using to all my users.
Hope you have an answer for both the picture and for the disclaimer.
thx in advance.
I have done the disclaimer in HTML and it works fine as i want it.. so i suppose also the pic will work.
