Tried going through the forum but couldnt find anything..
Just transferred my website over pksacct.com. Everything has been verified. I cannot receive emails to the pksacct.com however I am receiving emails to the pks.onmicrosoft.com account. Cannot figure out what could be wrong? I can send out emails just fine...

Thanks for the feedback.
First you got to change that pks@SomeName.onmicrosoft.com to firstname.lastname@example.org
Steps 42 and 43 of www.builditon365.com/.../MoveOLSBdnTo365.aspx
Then add any other @pksacct.com addresses to email@example.com as Aliases.
See --> www.builditon365.com/.../O365UsersEmailAcc.aspx
Because, when you moved your domain name over all your OLSB business email accounts stopped receiving emails--> Keep my OLSB
business email accounts?
