open Outlook Web Access, with an administrator account
then access to the Options\Set all options
Select MANAGE MY ORGANIZATION from the options menu
Select the user you want to assign an alias and click DETAILS
Open the EMAIL OPTIONS section and add the alias

Are you asking how to modify the user account name for your accounts, or just to create a proxy address? If you are asking just to add a Secondary address, you can add this for each user in the Exchange Control Panel by editing the given user account
I've tried to make an alias. Did the above and transferd my custom domain (shared). However all of the outgoing emails are send as firstname.lastname@example.org ON BEHALF OF and then the secundary adres follows.
I just want to send out an email with my own domainname. What do I do wrong?
I was add new domain, but if I sent mail, than mail is always send like MYNICK@MYNICK.onmicrosoft.com
I want to change @MYNICK.onmicrosoft.com to @mydomain.com
