Office365 Outlook via Connected Accounts

I notice there are some emails that are not downloaded into office 365 web outlook although I can see them sitting on my server.

 

Why is that so?

 

By the way, the emails are resided on another server with a specific domain name and I am connecting via connected accounts in office 365.

  • Hello Kelvin,

    By default the Connected Accounts feature tries to download all of the new mail from your account every hour.  This sort of thing can sometimes happen when Exchange Online isn't able to connect directly to the account, so I'd recommend double-checking the connection information to reach your external email address.  If you can provide it with specific IMAP configuration settings that'd probably make for the best connection option.
