Why is my desktop Outlook receiving emails from days ago as new email today?
Thanks for the feedback.
Thanks for posting here.
When you say “Outlook receiving emails from days ago as new email”, are you referring that emails are displayed as Unread?
If it is the case, please feel free about this situation. In general, we can mark any message as Unread even though it has been read before by clicking the option Unread/Read in the Tags group, on the home tag.
If it is not the case, would you please provide more detailed information about your situation here?
What I was trying to say is that emails I received and read days ago, were received again today as if they were brand new emails, never recieved, seen or read.
Thanks for your update.
Would you please check if you have set forwarding rules, Inbox rules on your mailbox resulting this issue? Do the two emails have same content, same sender and same incoming data?
It would be nice if you could post a screenshot of the two duplicate emails for better help.
How are things going? Is there any update on the status of the issue?
