Custom Email address problem on 365

Hi there I have recently migrated my domain as Office Live told me it was closing and I would loose everything at the end  of month. I contacted Melborne IT and got the domain registered and the records pointing to the 365 but I can not find my actual email anywhere. My domain is I do not use it for a website i only want to be able to use my email  . I haven't been able to speak to anyone and would really aprreciate someone making sure this was set up correctly and I am going to get my personal email back up and running. Office 365 support please get back to me as soon as you could please.
