  • Hello Wag1,

As far as I know, there isn't official document about migration from Earthlink to Office 365. Moreover, Office 365 provides different email migration types. In this case, it depends on different situation of the current mail system (here is Earthlink).

Please refer to the following article for different types of email migration in Office 365 to choose the most suitable one based on the current situation.

You may also contact Earthlink support to confirm whether you have enough permission to do Cutover migration or Stage migration.
In addition, if you don’t have a lot of mailboxes to be moved, you may also refer to the following article to use Outlook 2007 or 2010 to move data manually.

  • After talking to earthlink there doesn't appear to be a clean method.  You have to manually move what you want to go to outlook into earhlink's inbox, link the accounts, move the files that transfer to outlook into the folders you wish to then create and move them into.  If you wish to keep them in both places you have to go back to earthlink move them from the inbox back into the folder they came from and repeat the process for the next fold and files.   Per earthlink this is the only method.
