Office 365 Login

This question has suggested answer(s) This question has suggested answer(s)

I have Office 365 installed on my network. What does it mean when I can log in and then I get the spinning circle. It logs me in. BUT after that the circle just spins. I haven't had any problems with it until recently.

  • - Does the issue occur on all you client computers, or can it be isolated to just one?

    - What version of Internet Explorer are you running?

    - Does your Internet Connection work as usual for other web sites?

  • Just 1 client computer is having the error.

    IE 9

    works for other web sites

  • If it's only one client, I would start with deleteing all browser cache / Temporary Internet Files. Then re-boot the machine and try again.

  • I will as soon as I can remote in. Thank you. I am thinking it's an update that set it off kilter.

  • Hi Shelley,

I’d appreciate an update on the status of the issue. Can you share it with me when you have time?

@Jesper, your efforts are much appreciated.
