  • Hi EDDR Lana,

Before moving on, could you please clarify your requirement in detail?

    1. What do you mean about " email or drop files"?

    2. How do you want to drop files in a SharePoint link for external users?

    3. Do you want to create a SharePoint link only for external customers?

    4. Is your requirement to create a SharePoint site for external users to upload and delete the files they created?

Based on the current situation, I would suggest you refer to the following two links below to share a site with external users and set the users' permission to be able to access a specific library.

Share a site with external users

Set permissions for a list, library, or item
