Primary domain changed.

  • Changing the primary domain caused me to loose access to the team site.

    The website works with the new domain but lost the access to change it.

    Email addresses working for both domains.


  • This is Justin with Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Support.  Thanks for posting your question.

    When you switch the domain to a custom one, sometimes it can take upwards of 24 hours for everything to update, including links to the Team Site.  If the problem persists after this time period, test it in a different browser or after clearing the cache on your current one and provide the link that the Team Site is pointing to.  Let us know your progress.
