Creating website email sign up page

  • On my previous MSOL website, I created a field in which people visiting my site could enter their email address to sign up for my email list.  This was done through Customer Workspaces.

Is there a way to do this in Office 365?

  • Lisa,

They don't have that here.  You can only add forms that you build from another provider.

See --> Creating Forms on O356 Public-Facing Websites

  • Thank you so much!  I'll check it out.

  • Hello Lisa,

This is Jason Burnside from Microsoft Office365 SharePoint Support.

Thanks for coming to the communities with your concerns about adding users to an emailing list.

Did you find Ken’s information helpful? Thanks for the post Ken.

Unfortunately, our team does not support this type of customization. We support customizing the public-facing website through the out-of-the-box ribbon.

Please let me know if this resolves your issue.

I will continue to monitor this thread if you have any additional questions.
