  • Hi James,

Since you have signed up to the new office 365 service, I would like you know that when you login: http://portal.microsoftonline.com  with you Microsoft online services ID, you can find “Team Site” at the top of MOP. Click “Team Site”, you will get the web address of the SharePoint server.

For example, like this format:  https://yourdomain.sharepoint.com/.../Home.aspx .

You can see the screenshot as below.

    1. If your domain name is “sole”, so the Server URL is https://sole.sharepoint.com/ ,  the Site Name is PublishDatabase (You can call whatever you like), and then the Full URL is https://sole.sharepoint.com/PublishDatabase .

    2. After you click “Publish to Access Services”, it will go to the following, you must input your Microsoft online services ID and Password.

    3. When you click “Sign in” after input your credential , it will go to the screen below. Thant is to say, you success to publish to access services.

I hope this method can resolve your issue. Any other issue, please post back.

    Best Regards,

  • Hi James,

I will give you the explanation as below.

    1. Under Publish to Access Services, fill in the following:

    • In the Server URL box, type the web address of the SharePoint server where you want to publish the database. For example, http://Contoso/.

    • In the Site Name box, type a name for your web database. This name will be appended to the Server URL to produce the URL for your application. For example, if the Server URL is http://Contoso/ and the Site Name is CustomerService, the URL is http://Contoso/CustomerService.

    2. Click Publish to Access Services.

I hope this will help you solve your issue.

I hope you have a good day.
