My Office365 email has stopped receiving email. The error that everyone gets who emails me is:
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
(generated from email@example.com)
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<firstname.lastname@example.org>:
host elementumevelor.mail.eo.outlook.com [22.214.171.124]:

I use this for my business, what has happened. Why is the email now bouncing claiming its SPAM?
PS you cannot email me at the address, if you have an answer I can receive at email@example.com
