I have a client on Microsoft Office 365 Plan P1, a person sending email to them is receiving the following bounceback message:
#550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipNotFound; not found ##
but the account seems to be working normally apart from this issue. Please advise.

Usually this means there's a typo in the recipient address that the email is being sent to, such as an extra character like a period or what not. Be sure to check that you can send messages to this account by it's primary SMTP address. If that works, examine the NDR that is received to check what it shows as a recipient in the header information.
