EMAIL BACKUP

This question is answered This question is answered
Can anyone please guide me how to take backup of my emails so that I do not exceed the mailbox limit. I would like to remove the older emails and keep a backup for future reference. When using microsoft outlook, I can copy to my external hard disk those .pst files. Also is there any option to send email to a Distribution emails to a specific group? This option also is there in microsoft outlook. Thank you. ANGELINE

  • Hi Angeline,

To backup emails, I suggest you configure the Office 365 account in Outlook and then export the emails to .pst files. Currently, emails cannot be exported from Outlook Web App. For more information, you may refer to the article: http://help.outlook.com/en-us/140/cc511379.aspx

For your another question, we can send emails to distribution groups in Outlook Web App. However, I’m not sure what “send email to a Distribution emails to a specific group” means. Could you please provide more detailed information?

    Thanks,
