Finding My Server Name???

I have found the articles that say to login and click the down arrow next to the blue question mark to locate the server name but there is no down arrow next to the blue question mark!!!  Where is it?  How do I find the server name?

  • Hi Tony,

    Please refer to the following steps to find your server names:

    1. Login MOP with your username and password.

    2. Click Outlook at the top menu of MOP to enter Outlook Web App.

    3. Click the drop down menu by the side of the question mark at the top right corner of OWA.

    4. Select About from the menu as the picture below:

    You should be able to find your server names in the prompt window.

    Exchange Client Access server name:

    or the Server Name under External POP setting and External IMAP setting (both are the same)
