  • Hi,

Please connect to Exchange Online via PowerShell and run the following cmdlet:

    Set-AcceptedDomain test.com -OutboundOnly $true

    Set-AcceptedDomain test.com -OutboundOnly $false

Note: test.com is the domain that was added to Office 365. If it is another one, please change it to your domain.

Please wait 1 hour or so and send a test message again.

    Thanks,
    Monica Tong

  • Hi Monica,

thanks, but this is too weird. I am not using a Microsoft Outlook Client.

Is it really true I have to proceed those steps (get Power Shell on the XP system I am currently working on, install, doing set ups..)?

    Thanks,

    Ben
