Salve, la invito ad eseguire le istruzioni di seguito per poter fare i report in SharePoint online:
Enable the reporting feature
1. Sign in to the SharePoint Online site.
2 .On the site collection home page, click Site Actions, and then click Site Settings.
3. On the Site Settings page, under Site Collection Administration, clickSite collection features.
4. On the Site Collection Features page, next to Reporting, click Activate.
Note Audit logs are trimmed every 90 days. We recommend that you archive all audit logs on a monthly basis by downloading them to a client computer.
Configure audit settings
2. On the site collection home page, click Site Actions, and then click Site Settings.
3. On the Site Settings page, under Site Collection Administration, clickSite collection audit settings.
4. Click to select the check boxes that are next to the events that you want to audit, and then clickOK
View audit reports
2. On the site collection home page, click Site Actions, and then Site Settings.
3. On the Site Settings page, under Site Collection Administration, clickAudit log reports.
4. On the View Auditing Reports page, select the pre-defined reports you want to view. Or, create a custom report. If the selected report generates an error, it means that the event has not been logged or that action or event has not occurred. To audit the event, you must complete an action that will trigger the event first, such as delete a document.
The report is in XML format. The XML report has two sections. One section contains audit data, which is a summary of the events. The other section contains report data, which identifies the person who performed the action.
