Great article let's post our questions here, let's share each of us our deployments so we can help ourselves upgrade

Shibboleth and Office 365 upgrade:  Hi everyone just a quick note. if you are upgrading to office 365 and you plan to use shibboleth make sure you know that you know you can't sync A.D. Lync items... you might want to think about Dirsync and ADFS as a one time solution for it all.  by the way have you tried a demo lab?

  • I've installed office 365 preview, but outlook wouldn't start; Is there a solution for this problem ?

  • What version of outlook?

  • Following an upgrade, will users need to reconfigure outlook 2010 (create new outlook profile)?

  • While upgrading it gives me the following message, "Before you can start the upgrade to Office 365, you must first fix errors on the Institution profile page."  When I go to that page it shows that my address information is missing, that the zip for my city and state is not correct.  The address is missing but the zip is correct!  What do I need to do to correct the required items, can anyone help me with this?

  • Any suggestions about how to initiate the upgrade?

I thought it would have happened by now but I'm still waiting.

I'm wondering if I'm missing something.

  • Has anyone found a schedule for the upgrade to Office 2013 in Office 365. I have faculty pushing for this as our curriculm requires, but I have not received any quality information from Microsoft. They just say sometime this year.
