The Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer (RCA) is a web-based tool that can help you confirm that connectivity for Exchange servers is configured correctly and to diagnose any connectivity issues. RCA website offers tests for Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, Exchange Web Services, Microsoft Office Outlook, and Internet email. Visit the RCA section on the tools page to view a list of Microsoft Knowledge Base articles that show how to use the RCA tool in troubleshooting scenarios.
