Q: How do I access SharePoint Online end-user Help content?

To access Microsoft SharePoint Online end-user Help content, users can do one or more of the following:

  • Click the question mark (?) in the upper right hand corner of the page. 
  • Use the URL provided in the marketing materials supplied to the Microsoft Online Services administrator
  • For SharePoint Online for Microsoft Office 365 for small businesses, go to http://office.microsoft.com/ and click the “Support” link in the Navigation Bar at the top of the page
  • For SharePoint Online for Microsoft Office 365 for enterprises users, go to http://office.microsoft.com/ and click the “Support” link in the Navigation Bar at the top of the page

Q: Do I need to be concerned about bandwidth throttling in SharePoint Online?

At this time we have no throttles that artificially cap the bandwidth utilization from our data centers for normal usage scenarios. We do have the capability to cap utilization in the event of a DOS Attack or if customers are abusing the system in ways that are detrimental to other tenants within the overall system.
