This is a little outdated based on what I know. "Generate a link to a scheduled meeting via web page " is now possible via the Lync Scheduling web app, at least with Lync Online. I'm pretty sure I also saw the "Meeting attendee capacity" change to 1000 (see news.softpedia.com/.../Lync-Online-Conference-Maximum-Number-of-Participants-Increased-to-1-000-234550.shtml)
