There needs to be at a way for O365 Small Business users to address blocked email.  What use is a (small) business email platform if you can't white list valid customer addresses.

Aircrew - we're working on some better documentation for anti-spam.  Right now, most of the customer issues we see are ultimately caused by DNS -- so we're focusing on getting those issues fixed.  If you fix DNS, most issues that seem to be anti-spam related will disappear.
