For a small bus account you can delete all the pages except the default.aspx one. For that page, you can add a redirect code that takes any visitors to the new site. Keep in mind, deleting pages will cause 404 not found errors for any links you have out there.

Friday near end of day update: OWA is back to crashing nearly every time when using the portal URL (no changes at my end). The direct URL to outlook.office365.com/owa is still always working however. Maybe the portal address URL crashes when the redirecting takes just a little too long, and the "Delete browing history on exit" increases the time somehow?

The @ symbol is like a shortcut for the domain so if it's entering that for you, don't enter anything and see if it works.

To everyone who has this problem.

I just got off the phone from the Tech Support which had to be escalated to the Supervisor and then the Manager, and he has told me that they have a major problem with mailboxes not being created by the Exchange servers.

Apparently there is a big problems with 100's of mailboxes effected and he has told me it will take up to a week to resolve.

I was not best pleased with this, but you may wish to ring them direct yourselves, I saw somewhere, and cant find it again that small business users are entitled to telephone support UNTIL the product is working. And it plainly is not doing that

Dave,

I noticed that I had two copies of lync.exe.

One in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15 and

One in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\root\office15

I resolved my issue by making sure that I was running Outlook.exe and Lync.exe from the same directory (also same version - 32bit vs 64bit)

Thank you for replying Robert, however it CAN take up to 72 hours to move a domain.

BUT I have no mail whatsoever, no mail on the onmicrosoft account no entry on the Online Exchange, NOTHING

So yes I can count 72 hours, but I need potentially to remind you that 72 hours of not earning any money, 72 hours of shutting down a business, 72 hours of emails not getting through and not being responded to is NOT acceptable.

As I have said elsewhere, Google manage to set up the mail FIRST and the domain afterwards, but that's potentially too easy for Microsoft.

Turn on external sharing, then send them an invite, they do need to use a Microsoft Account to log in.

I have office 365 plan P1 and now have subscribed to Office 365 small business premium. I continue to get a error message when I open Outlook asking me to reactivate. I have followed that link to find nothing happens to correct the problem.
Help would be appreciated.

I turned off the email hosting for DomainA.ca (to rule out that email service) and the contact form 7 in wordpress is still able to get an email to my Gmail account. The Office 365 account doesn't get anything in/out or junk, so the problem has something to do with either wordpress or office 365 (probably Office 365 filter). I am not using any email plugin's with wordpress; it is the default setup. Is there a way to white list my website server IP address on Office 365. I run a dedicated website server, so in theory anything forwarded from my server should be safe. At least I'd like to think so.

An Office 365 Administrator (not tenant administrator) initiated a mailbox move on the problem mailbox. The move was from one database to a different database. The move failed but the administrator has not cleared the failed move request. I've opened a case with Microsoft and I'm waiting to hear from them to get this resolved. Once they clear the failed move request I'll be able to access the mailbox and try the move to on-premise again. I'll advise the results once that attempt is complete. Thanks.

The problem was it wouldn't allow me to apply the 3 purchased 1 year licenses to the 3 users under the account. I had to buy it again and now I have 3 unusable licenses.

I am working with SharePoint 2013 for O365 & I'm running into a configuration issue when trying to set the default layout for the Documents app.

I am unable to configure the view so that I can see the folder structure someplace on the page as I drill down into subfolders.

As you can see, there is a "Private" folder.

Once I click on the private folder, it goes into that folder, the display just changes but I can't see anywhere on the page that I am in a subfolder. This makes the view very confusing to know exactly where you are in the site.

How do I modify the view for this site & all subsites? Can I change it globally & it will propagate to all other subsites for me? I need to see the document structure on the page once a user clicks on the subfolder.
