The move was from one database to a different database. The move failed but the administrator has not cleared the failed move request. I&amp;#39;ve opened a case with Microsoft and I&amp;#39;m waiting to hear from them to get this resolved. Once they clear the failed move request I&amp;#39;ll be able to access the mailbox and try the move to on-premise again. I&amp;#39;ll advise the results once that attempt is complete.
