I then also have another user with no Administrator rights that I would like to give the same as above. The part from the Help for Assigning Service Admin rights is a little confusing:

What exactly does it mean to first assign administrative permissions to the user in the service, in this case BES?

Service administrator: Manages service requests and monitors service health.

To assign the service administrator role to a user, the global administrator must first assign administrative permissions to the user in the service, such as Exchange Online, and then assign the service administrator role to the user in Office 365.

I have a phone that was added to the ActiveSync in O|365.

The standard is, a User connects to activesync through adding their mail account, the device automatically goes into quarantine until an Admin allows the device.

Now my phone was added the same way, and as far as I am aware was never blocked.

BUT... I can not add my device.

If I go to OWA, it shows the device, but I cannot do anything with it.

See below:

_______

If I select delete i get this:

Office used in our company - Office 365 Enterprise.

I'm having trouble identified how the list of devices are refreshed under Exchange > Mobile > Mobile Device Access > Device Access Rule?

There is a list of already connected devices for which i can setup rule.

I have successfully connected LG Nexus 4 with Android. Then I check the list of devices and this device wasn't listed there. I wait 15min then 2h then 1 day and device still wasn't listed there. I checked it today and it looks like after weekend the device pop up on the list.

Can you tell me what/how the refresh of the list is triggered? Is it configurable? Or can I trigger it manually ?

Mobile Access Failure out of the blue!

Here is the deal.

I am a mobile web designer, very familiar with several methods of creating and managing websites, but office 365 is not one of them. I have a mobile website I have created for a client of mine that uses 365 and I need to install a redirect script to route mobile users to the mobile version of the site.

All I need is to instal simple JavaScript code in the header of the HTML. However, I can not for the life of me find out how to get to the header of the html of the 365 website to install the script.

Can anyone assist/point me in the right direction?
