Hi
Can anyone help me try to figure out why I cannot receive any emails since MO365 went live.
I have tried clicking the various links that BT helpfully place on the website but nothing works.
I have an existing email account and have tried deleting it and adding it but still nothing works.
I have also phoned BT and spoke to a rather "helpful" unhelpful technical support guy who gave me the advice to go the shop where I bought the Blackberry from.....not being a cynic but I hardly think that will work!
Any suggestions please?

We're going to need a little more information before we can offer any suggestions:
What kind of Office 365 account are you using or are you using Office 365 through BTConnect?
Do you know what kind of connection you use from the Blackberry to Office 365? Is it BES, IMAP or POP?

Besides what Alan asked, I also would like confirm if you could send and receive messages successfully in Outlook Web App (OWA). Moreover, have you set up your Office 365 account in any other application or client? Does it work there?
