No Subcriptions found - osaui.exe /k - Office applications - Office 365

Hi,

I have noticed that one of our Plan E users office professional plus has moved to limited functionality? they have had internet connectivity for many days though, their owa works fine.

I have ran the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE14>osaui.exe /k

as "Administrator" and placed the users 365 email address and password into dialog box, I then receive: "No Subscriptions Found" error 0000001E, contact your support team.

We are in eval mode, 10 days before it expires, about to purchase in then next few days.

Hi Paul,

The errors "No Subscriptions Found" and 0000001E are received because the username/password do not match a user in the Office Professional Plus server’s database.

At this point, please reset the password for that user in question and refer to the following KB article to troubleshoot this issue.

Just, 10 mins ago, I had to run osaui.exe /k followed by osaui.exe /k then do a restart, my time/date & region were all correct btw.

The KB Article pointed me in the right directions thanks.

FYI - I had this issue today and I just kept trying the suggestions on the above KB and it finally worked. The time that it worked, I had not done anything different than I did the 10 times before.
