I'm exploring how the Office365 could benefit our Parent Teacher Organization. But the only no cost licensing involves validating an Education Domain name.

Does that mean that a registered domain will be validated? Will that affect our current domain? We do not want to impact the school's domain while we investigate this option and because we are separate organization we would have no authority over it.

Has anyone experienced setting up Office365 with other Parent Teacher Organizations?
