I'm trying to load new photos into my website (new pics - just taken, not copied from old website...) everything has been working fine until today - when i try to insert the picture, I get a blank box with a red x. How can I fix this?
KK,
Jason is right, I also see hundreds of pictures that are making me hungry.

Hi KKristy,
Please try to upload the images to your website image library and then use the Insert Image option when in edit mode on the public-facing website to insert the image.
Thanks and Regards,

Thanks for coming to the communities with your concerns about receiving a red X error in place of your images on your website.
Did you find Surya’s information helpful? Thanks for the post Surya.
Please upload the images into the Website Image Library again and then use the Insert Image option as Surya mentioned.
What file extension do the images have?

Jason,
I have deleted the origional photo from my website image library, uploaded it again and tried to insert it again (with the insert image button again) - with no luck - again I am getting the empty box with a red x.
Any ideas what i am doing wrong?
Thanks for deleting the photo, re-uploading, and using the insert option again.

My website is http://vanillabean-bakery.com
I've not had any other problems with my transition over from office live - everything has been seemless. All previous pictures that I have loaded just fine, so I'm not sure what my issue is now - Thanks in advance for your help !
I went to your website however I did not see any red x errors in place of any of the images on your website. Did you remove the images that had the red x’s? If so, please add one of them so I am able to view it in the source code.
I will continue to monitor this thread for further posts or questions.

Hi ,
I just uploaded a new pic to the page "Cake Truffles - at the bottom - the last photo- all I see is a small box with a red X - all other photos are fine....any ideas?
I don't see any images missing?
I know, it's weird - it is not showing up on the public facing website, but on the page where I am editing - the inserted photo shows up as an X. I inserted the same photo on a different page and it loaded just fine - not sure what the problem is....
All of the images are showing up correctly on your website however if the issue arises again, please let us know.
