For a certain period of time the synchronisation with some of the outlook contact list and agenda went fine. Start up an got a password to be used when opening Outlook, after a while this stopped and again I have the same problem since the folders are no longer synchronising.
This has been ongoing for the last couple of months, sometimes it works and sometimes it is no longer possible.
Is there a stable solution for this problem.
Before moving on, could you please clarify the current situation in detail?
1. What do you mean about "start up and got a password to be used"? What did you start up and how did you get a password?
2. What is " this " after a while that stopped and what problem will you have?
Generally, to troubleshoot this issue, I would suggest you re-set up your Office 365 account in Outlook 2010 and see if it helps.
