but it isn't bringing me to reports for my public facing website. What am I doing wrong? kenancraftshow.com is my domain.

This is Justin with Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Support.  Thanks for posting your question.

If you have recently changed your domain for the public site to a custom one, it may be 24 hours before all the SharePoint extensions work.  Otherwise, it seems all you will need to do is add another slash to the path to make it 'kenancraftshow.com/_layouts/usage.aspx' to get to the built in usage reports.

You are not going to like those O365 traffic reports. They are just simple counters that seem to be wrong most of the time.

Take a look at / click this -->  Add Performance Reporting to Office 365
