Thanks for coming to the communities with your concerns about how many documents you can upload into your Documents library.

It may be due to the type of documents you are uploading and how large they are. There is a 250MB per file maximum upload size.

You have the ability to have 10GB plus 500MB per licensed user which is pooled.
