Transferring emails from Small Business - Office applications - Office 365

This seems to be impossible. Please provide me with simple instructions - everything on here at the moment does not work. I've spent hours trying to do this. Setting up desktop apps fails every time too. Can anyone help?

Have you encountered the problem when install desktop app? If so, you can see community.office365.com/.../manually-install-office-365-desktop-updates.aspx for manually setup desktop app

If you have the problem have email transfer from OLSB, you need to setup the Exchange online on your Outlook client first and after to connect OLSB mailbox. http://community.office365.com/en-us/w/administration/office-live-small-business-transition.aspx
