  • ladybuggs1,

    Did you perform the last step on that domain name moonechoes.com.

    Take a look at --> community.office365.com/.../132225.aspx

    As for: moonechoes.co.uk  I don't see any TXT or MX records added,  http://who.is/dns/moonechoes.co.uk/

    Another point, Office 365 will only let you use one domain name at a time. Meaning that you cannot have two website addresses on-line where visitors can access your website by using moonechoes.com and moonechoes.co.uk.

    Sorry, BuildItOn365 website has expired. Links to and instructions - no longer exist.

  •  Hi ladybuggs1,

    Thanks for posting here. I understand you would like to add the two custom domain bought from Godaddy to Office 365.
    I have checked the two domains by using Nslookup command-online tool, and noticed one domain has been verified and the public DNS ayanizser could not find other domain as a valid domain. Based on this siutation, would you please check if the typed domain name is correct. If it is right, please contact Go daddy for more information about the domain and make sure it has been propagated successfully.

    In addition, as you mentioned that the verified domain staus is Verified and not Active, please feel free about the domain status. All domains have been successfully added to Office 365 are indidated as Verified, and only the initial contoso.onmicrosoft.com created when you open your account has the Active status.

  • Yes I followed all steps. OK so I will just remove moonechoes.co.uk as it is not verifying anyway. I just want moonechoes.com to be my main web address!!!

  • ladybuggs1,

    Good, just curious being that you were working with 3 domain names, what is the domain name that is being displayed on the "Manage Domains" window?
