In Live Meeting there was apparently Easy Assist ability built into the program (news to me!).  Does Easy Assist also come built in to Lync Online?  Up until now I have just been having people join Lync meetings as a Guest - then promote them to presenter, and ask that they share their screen.

I am looking for what options I have available for tech support sessions for remote out of network users?
