We are currently using Microsoft Livemeeting and are hoping to solve a few annoyances by switching to Lync:
These questions are important to our adopting Office 365 ... we are currently in trail mode.
I would like to answer your questions one by one:
1. To set presenter options, you can refer to the article:
Set online meeting options
2. As far as I know, the BCC feature is not supported.
3. In a Lync Online Meeting, you can click People Options, uncheck Show Participant List. By doings so, all the participants will not be shown.
4. Currently, you can upload PowerPoint only. However, you can share other programs using the share program feature. For detailed information, you can refer to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/communicator-help/quick-start-share-your-desktop-or-a-program-HA101832534.aspx.

Thanks for asking Mindy,
The answers are clear and tell me that lync may not work for us. We really need the bcc capability because our clients are sensitive to having others see their email addresses. If I use the resource textbox in outlook people will see the addresses in the location box in their email.
Thank you for your reply.
I recommend submitting your feedback via the following site:
If the feature is requested frequently, the Office 365 product team may take it into consideration. Thank you for your understanding.
Thanks Mindy ... I will suggest the bcc option.
We have tested Linc versus livemeeting and like the new features: less complicated interface with office outlook calendar; the desktop sharing is very fast and scales to the viewer's resolution and the windows IM like interface is very easy to use.
