Hi,
I'm trying to connect to Lync Online using Lync 2010 App for my Windows Phone 7 (version 7.5).
I'm not able to connect. The error I'm receiving is (I translate from Italian so it could be different from the original english error message) "Cannot access. I'm not able to connect to server since it could be unavaiable at the moment. Verify network connection, access address and server addresses".
I'm able to connect to Lync from my PC using same Username and Password. I tried to chek if there is something to configure but the "Settings" window has only one option (for the diagnostic recording), no option for the connection setting. What am I missing?
Thank you.

Hi Paolone
Have you setup the DNS records correctly at your host/registrar. For a P1 plan the NS records are enough, however for E plans you do need to add the three required records for Lync. These can be found by clicking on Doamins from the admin page of the portal, Select you domain and click DNS setting.

In addition it is worth switch off your Data Connection and enabling WiFi, and try to connect that way, just in case your carrier is blocking Lync.
