Hello,
I was wondering if there is anyway to lock the Options menu for Lync Online so users can't modify the General, Personal and Status options from their Lync Client

Hi Karim,
Currently, it’s not available to lock the options menu for the Lync client 2010 from Lync Online Control Panel. To configure the option, you need to configure local registry for the computer that installed the Lync 2010 client to disable the option. You can refer the article to configure Group Policy Settings.
In addition, you can refer the following steps to run “Set-CsClientPolicy” to configure some settings.
1. Connect to Windows PowerShell and connect to the service again, see Use Windows PowerShell in Exchange Online. 2. Run the command Set-CsClientPolicy to check the issue.
