Been having Lync automatically start on initial startup of my machine.  For days, it been ok, but today it started with a Big Black Screen that covered the whole screen.  It had a blue border but nothing else. I took a snap shot of the black screen for reference.   I couldn’t tell what app had created it, so I started shutting them down one-at-a- time.  The Black Screen disappeared when I closed Microsoft Lync 2010.

Trying uninstalling the application and reinstalling it from the downloads section of the Microsoft Online Portal.
