Hi,
We've got two offices, one in VT and one in DC.
VT seems fine. But in DC, we have several users who can't connect in Outlook, the portal web page won't load, and Lync can't be logged into.
I checked the Health site and the RSS. I see an "Incident EX2752" that was closed yesterday, but nothing for today. Anyone else seeing anything?

I'm having the same issue. We have offices in NC and MI. The MI office appears to be having similar issues. Lync works fine though.
O365 and outlook.com seems down for me here in the UK.
I can send email from my live.com account to O365 on my phone though.

We are seeing the same thing in Michigan, we cannot access Portal, OWA, Exchange Online here in Michigan
I am seeing the same thing for some of my users but not all.
Well, I'm in the UK but working from my client's office who might have a gateway in the USA. I'm able to access services through my phone.
I am having the same issue here in Florida, USA. Cant even get to the login website. But Lync and outlook are working. Just cant get to portal website or OWA.
To elaborate, some of my users have no connectivity at all (email, Lync, mail.office365.com) are all down. Some of my users have email connectivity but some Lync issues and mail.office365.com appears to be down for all users.
Its intermittent at best for me as well.
Outlook stopped connecting and Lync is up/down. Still can not get into the portal website to even check the health dashboard. Come on Microsoft! Update your users!!!
Same issue here half the company cant connect to outlook.
We are also experiencing issues with some people and the portal.microsoftonline.com is just plain down.
Yes.. Issues in CT with Exchange connectivity, can't login to portal.microsoftonline.com
9:56am here and still no connectivity to Exchange Online or Admin Portal. Can't even get a Health Update. I think the patient has flat lined...
Anyone in our office in Oklahoma that signed in before 8:15ish CST was able to get in with no problem. Anyone after that is not able to get in. If you log out and try to get back in you can't.
Both our offices in FL cannot use the web. Outlook client works.
